To become an OTG Professional Partner, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Valid professional or healthcare license (where applicable)
- Business license or resale certificate
- Approved wholesale account application
- Signed Professional Partner Agreement
- $300 Minimum order for Solo Practitioners
- $750 Minimum order for Small Spa (2-5 Providers)
- $1,500 Minimum order for Med Spa/Dermatology/Multi-Location
